2. What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, email address, company and role if you give them, and the content of your message.
- When you subscribe to Field Notes or join an early-access list: your email address and which list you joined.
- When you visit this website: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and protect the site. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored in your own browser only.
- When you use one of our apps: see section 9.
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and follow up on conversations you started.
- To send Field Notes or product news, only if you asked for them.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence.
- To run, secure and improve our website and apps.
We never send marketing emails without your consent.
4. Legal basis
We rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to answer enquiries and run our website securely, and on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for newsletters and early-access lists. You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact details and correspondence: up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless the law or an ongoing contract requires longer.
- Newsletter and early-access lists: until you unsubscribe.
- Website logs: as long as our hosting provider needs them for security, normally a few weeks.
After that, the data is deleted.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as email, hosting and newsletter services, under data processing agreements and only as far as needed. We may disclose data if required by law, a court order or a regulator in Cyprus or the European Union.
7. International transfers
Ads Rocket Ltd is based in Cyprus, in the European Union. If a provider processes data outside the EU or EEA, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent. Email hello@adsrocket.ai and we will reply within 30 days.
9. Our apps
Each Ads Rocket app will have its own section here before it launches. It will say exactly what the app collects, why, which partners receive data (including any advertising partners), and how to opt out.
Deleting your account and data: you can ask us to delete your app account and the data linked to it at any time by emailing hello@adsrocket.ai with the app name. We confirm within 30 days. Where an app has accounts, you can also start deletion inside the app.
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, 1 Iasonos Street, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes appear on this page with a new "last updated" date.
